RifleGear is looking for employees who are excited to join our team and help to run our brand new 38,000 sqft shooting range.

Opened in summer 2020, RifleGear’s new facility features a best-in-class showroom, a state-of-the-art shooting range including both 25 yard and 100 yard lanes, two classrooms, office space and a warehouse for online order fulfillment.

Range Staff

Responsibilities may include:

  • Control the firing line and maintain order on the range

  • Educate range users on shooting range safety rules

  • Provide direct supervision on the range to ensure that users handle and use guns safely

  • Enforce shooting range safety rules

  • Assist customers on sales floor

  • Conduct range safety briefings for events and orientation for new shooters

  • Clean and maintain the range facility

  • Provide professional and courteous customer service

  • Continually expand knowledge of products and services offered and utilize the skill

  • Learn and keep up with Federal and State Firearm laws

  • Perform other duties as may be required


Qualifications:

  • Be a firearms enthusiast that can handle, clear and maintain firearms

  • Be at least 21 years of age to apply

  • Have an ownership mentality and be passionately driven

  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a dedicated team

  • Have effective communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Enjoy working within a technology-oriented environment

  • Be capable of lifting and moving heavy objects up to 50lbs

  • Neat, clean and professional appearance required

Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and courteous customer service.

  • Continually expand knowledge of products and services offered and use this knowledge to sell products and services to our customers.

  • Effectively communicate and cooperate with customers, other staff and management team in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Contribute to a work environment that fosters pride in being part of a winning team and promotes personal growth.

  • Ability to work assigned schedules which may include varied hours, opening and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.

  • Perform other duties as may be required.

Qualifications:

  • Firearms enthusiast.

  • Have an ownership mentality and be passionately driven.

  • Knowledge of Federal and State Firearm Laws.

  • Are able to work as team.

  • Effective math and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Enjoy working within a technology oriented environment.

  • Previous retail sales and customer service experience is plus.

  • Experience with telephone customer service, email support, social media, or simple gunsmith experience is a plus.

  • Neat, clean and professional appearance required.

Gunsmith

Responsibilities may include:

  • Be able to disassemble and assemble most small arms

  • Effectively diagnosis and repair

  • Be familiar and proficient in Tig welding

  • Perform the routine maintenance of all range firearms

  • Be able to install a wide variety of parts and accessories on modern sporting rifles

  • Effectively mount and boresight optics

  • Able to form and mold with Kydex

  • Ensure consistent and quality work product in a timely manner

  • Safely handle all firearms when checking into or out of gunsmithing as well as test firing

  • Willingness to learn and understand new firearm operating systems

  • Understanding of Federal and States firearm laws

 

Qualifications:

  • Certification from and Accredited Gunsmithing School or equivalent hands-on experience

  • Be a firearms enthusiast that can handle, clear and maintain firearms

  • Be at least 21 years of age to apply

  • Have an ownership mentality and be passionately driven

  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a dedicated team

  • Have effective communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Enjoy working within a technology-oriented environment

  • Be capable of lifting and moving heavy objects up to 50lbs
